HauchPauch – Return & Exchange Policy

At HauchPauch, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our limited streetwear drops and inventory control, we maintain a strict exchange-only policy.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on HauchPauch are non-refundable.

We do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Personal preference

  • Delay caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect address provided during checkout

Customers are requested to review size charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only for the following cases:

• Size exchange
• Product received damaged
• Product received defective
• Product received different from the order

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 48 hours from delivery time will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure transparency and prevent misuse, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange claim.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The entire unboxing process

  • The product inside the package

Without a valid unboxing video, no exchange request will be approved.

4. Product Condition Requirements

For an exchange to be approved, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or damage

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

HauchPauch reserves the right to reject the exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.

5. Reverse Pickup Charges

Reverse pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner.

A reverse pickup charge of ₹100 – ₹150 will be applicable, which may be deducted during the exchange process.

If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your location, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

6. Exchange Approval & Stock Availability

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, HauchPauch may offer:

  • Exchange with another available size or product of equal value

  • Store credit (if applicable)

HauchPauch reserves the final right to determine the exchange resolution.

7. Sale & Promotional Orders

Items purchased during:

  • Sale

  • Promotional offers

  • Discount campaigns

  • Limited drops

are considered final sale.

Such items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

8. Limited Drop Policy

HauchPauch operates on a limited drop model.

Products purchased during limited releases or exclusive drops are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once shipped.

10. Right to Refuse

HauchPauch reserves the right to refuse exchange requests if:

  • The request is raised after 48 hours

  • The product is used or damaged by the customer

  • The claim is unsupported by an unboxing video

  • There is evidence of misuse of the policy

11. Policy Updates

HauchPauch reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
